Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has Been Placed?
We ship orders within 24 hours, so address changes are not always possible. If you notice an error, please email us immediately with your name and order number. We will do our best to make the correction before your package departs, but we cannot guarantee changes after it leaves our warehouse.
Processing & Shipping Times
Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Your package will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days after placing your order. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we now offer free international shipping. Your shipment should arrive 10-15 days after it is shipped. All orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
